Return & Refund Policy
At Fancy Rawalpindi Jewellers, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos of the product.
Customized or made-to-order jewellery items are not eligible for return or refund.
Due to the nature of jewellery products, returns based on personal preference are not accepted.
Refund Process
For online payments, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
